Joe Banana’s does one of the best veg thalis in Goa so it was a fitting place to say farewell to my wonderful yogi friends.
I’m so sad to leave this amazing group of people and not forgetting those who have already been and gone. xxxx
Today was my last yoga practice here in Goa. This is my wonderful teacher Rolf Naujokat. Words can’t begin to describe how wonderful, strong, knowledgeable and gentle he is. I have learned so much here in Anjuna.
It’s with a heavy heart, but a light practice, that I leave.

Practicing yoga six mornings a week means there’s little opportunity for late nights. However, Saturday is rest day so tonight (Friday) I actually stayed up past midnight!
